We provide top-of-the-line support, extended warranty, diagnosis and replacement of all supported hardware components. When the parts fail, we’ve got you covered.

What is Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)?

In traditional infrastructure configurations the server, network, storage arrays, and computing management systems are all separate devices. A converged infrastructure combines two or more of these systems into a single unit.

The latest Hyper Converged Infrastructure is a single unified system that combines ALL of these components into a single infrastructure. By abstracting, virtualizing and pooling mass resources underneath all the elements of the infrastructure and dynamically allocating those resources based on automated policies set by the administrators, you can be sure you're getting the best use of your hardware. This eliminates the need for complicated constructs and configurations. Managing everything from a single tool means lower OPEX and CAPEX for your IT infrastructure while remaining secure, flexible and scalable.

Hyper Convergence is ideal for mission critical applications that need to respond fast, such as core apps, edge computing, cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI).

Why Seek Third Party Maintenance on a Hyperconverged system?

Setting up your HCI initially took months of planning, weeks of deployment and days of optimization. As this array comes to the end of its life you risk beginning this process again as you migrate your data to new hardware, creating risk for the safety of your data, and the operation of your business.

OEM maintenance or warranty support on new enterprise data center equipment is ideal, but as that equipment ages or reaches end of life all they want from you is an upgrade. The OEM manufacturer wants to add opportunities for their sales teams to sell you on an expensive new system. This opportunity arises when your maintenance contract runs out, typically every 3 to 5 years. This annoying process is a necessary touchpoint for OEMs to drive more sales for their ever changing flow of new equipment manufactured by the OEM. We know there's a better way.

With third party maintenance, you extend the life of your hardware.

Whether you migrate more slowly (and safely) to a new array, or you simply maintain and secure your current one to keep using it longer - it removes the cost and hassle of having to up-end your data center every few years, while still remaining scalable.

With secure SLAs, on-site spares, extended warranties, and post-warranty support tailored to suit your business needs, there's no need to waste money upgrading equipment that still works effectively.
