You’ll have regular exposure to the executive team and have the authority to make decisions to drive our business forward.
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates for full-time, part-time, contract, and hourly positions for all departments including marketing, sales, third-party maintenance, engineering, warehouse, supply chain, etc.
- Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn or other tools
- Scheduling interviews for hiring managers and stewarding the candidate experience
- Creating interview guides, assessments, and tracking candidate communication
- Tools we use: JazzHR ATS, G Suite, Google Meet
What Will Make You Successful Within This Role:
- 2-5+ years of experience as a corporate or in-house recruiter
- You know what makes a good resume that portrays the team we'd like to hire
- You can lead the full cycle of recruiting from setting up jobs in JazzHR, sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers
- You can connect with hiring managers to understand the real need for a role
- Improve the process as you go including interview guides and documentation
- Plan upcoming needs with leadership before they hit and proactively source candidates
