Reid Smith-Vaniz believes in people. Reid founded Reliant Technology 14 years ago for the challenge and opportunity to build a culture where people could work together to serve and create value for customers. After graduating from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) he began a career in IT that has spanned more than two decades. For the past several years Reid has discovered the joy of creating value for both customers and employees alike. He loves talking to people, understanding where they want to be, and what might be holding them back, and brainstorming new ways to get from A to B. Reid’s aim in life is to love God and love others – his family, his employees, and his community. This passion often comes through via ideas, encouragement, and finding new ways to serve those around him. He and his bride live with their three children in Atlanta, GA.
